Everyone knows Tunnel View from postcards and calendars — clear sky, golden hour, every formation laid out in perfect light. That is not how I found it. The clouds were dragging across the valley, heavy and low. El Capitan on the left barely visible through the mist. Bridalveil Fall on the right, its water catching the last bit of light. Half Dome somewhere in the center, more felt than seen. I photographed this as the valley was disappearing — half of it already gone into the weather. That is the version I wanted. Not the familiar icon, but the real place, seen the way it was on that particular April afternoon. Imperfect and alive.

The Edition

Edition of 7 + 2 Artist Proofs

The seven prints are shared across all three sizes, so whichever scale you choose, it is one of seven. When the last print is placed, the image is retired and never printed again.

Pricing follows the edition. Each print placed moves the next one up, so the earliest collectors acquire the work at its lowest price.

The Print

Each print is made as an archival pigment print on Hahnemühle fine art paper, chosen for its depth, tonal range and a surface that rewards close looking. Every print is signed and numbered by hand and arrives with a Certificate of Authenticity recording the title, edition number and production details.

Framing
