Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.vasilisphotography.com (the "Site") and any purchases or communications with Vasilis Moustakas Photography ("we," "our," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All photographs, texts, graphics, and content on the Site are the exclusive property of Vasilis Moustakas and protected by international copyright laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, or used commercially without prior written permission.

2. Limited Edition Prints

  • Prints are produced in fixed, limited editions. When an edition is sold out, no further prints of that edition will be produced.

  • Each artwork is signed, numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

  • Minor variations in paper, tone, or framing may occur due to artisanal production standards.

3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in EUR (unless otherwise stated) and may change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, and Squarespace Commerce). We do not store full payment information.

  • You are responsible for any applicable VAT, sales tax, customs duties, or bank fees.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Prints are produced to order and shipped in protective packaging. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Returns & Damages

  • Limited edition prints are produced to order to the buyer's specifications and are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). All sales are final.

  • If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork. We will arrange an appropriate remedy — replacement if available, or refund if replacement is not possible.

6. Collector Communications

By joining the Collector Circle or Newsletter or purchasing, you consent to receive occasional emails about releases, exhibitions, or updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape content, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Site.

8. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of artworks.

9. Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, shipping). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted here with the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of any changes.
